About Me
I am a high school senior with a deep interest in studying the past from multiple perspectives and transforming those insights into original stories. My writing often explores how civilizations emerge and collapse, how belief systems influence action, and how individuals interact with larger forces beyond their control. I enjoy building fictional worlds from the ground up, weaving together philosophy, technology, art, politics, and psychology into cohesive narratives.
Recently, I completed the Iowa Young Writers' Workshop course A Perusable Feast, which strengthened my skills in imagery, subtext, tension, metaphor, and other aspects of craft. At present, I am writing a detective/thriller novel about a newly inducted police officer confronting a web of espionage, assassination, and corruption. In addition, I plan to return to two earlier projects—a comedic script and a horror script—after completing the novel.
